Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom AI-designed pieces require an additional 2–3 weeks for handcrafting before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — Free on orders over $150; $8.99 for orders under $150.

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $18.99 flat rate.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
